1. Termination by the Company

1.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Subscription without any prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement by the Subscriber.
1.2 The Company may also, at its sole discretion, cease the provision of trading signals or discontinue the Subscription service at any time. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Subscribers in advance, but it is not obligated to provide prior notice.

2. Non-Reproduction and Non-Distribution

2.1 The trading signals and related services provided by the Company are for the exclusive use of the Subscriber.
2.2 The Subscriber agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share the trading signals, analysis, or any proprietary information provided by the Company with any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. Termination for Violation of Non-Reproduction and Non-Distribution

3.1 In the event that the Subscriber reproduces or distributes the trading signals or related services, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Subscription immediately without any prior notice.
3.2 The Subscriber acknowledges that such actions may result in legal consequences and the termination of services is at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Acknowledgment of Risk

4.1 The Subscriber acknowledges that trading financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may result in financial losses.
4.2 The Company’s trading signals are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. The Subscriber is solely responsible for making independent investment decisions based on their own judgment and risk tolerance.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

5.1 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its trading signals.
5.2 The Subscriber acknowledges that past performance is not indicative of future results, and there is no guarantee that any particular trading strategy or signal will be profitable.

6. No Refund Policy

6.1 Upon termination by the Subscriber or the Company, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Subscription fee.
6.2 In the event of termination by the Company, the Company may not be liable for any loss.

7. Effect of Termination

7.1 Upon termination, the Subscriber’s access to trading signals and related services will cease immediately.
7.2 The Subscriber is responsible for any open trades or positions at the time of termination and must manage them accordingly.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these termination terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or notifying the Subscriber through other means.

9. Company’s Limited Liability

9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Subscriber as a result of using the trading signals or any related services.
9.2 The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Subscriber’s Responsibility

10.1 The Subscriber understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for managing their trading accounts, executing trades, and assessing the risk associated with any financial transactions.
10.2 The Subscriber agrees not to hold the Company, its employees, agents, or affiliates liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Subscription.

11.1 Any notices or communications regarding the termination of the Subscription shall be sent to the Subscriber’s email address on record or through other contact details provided by the Subscriber.

By subscribing to the trading signals service, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
